Steven Hayden is a solo-practitioner Defense Attorney based in Dallas, Texas. After receiving his B.A. in Philosophy from the University of Texas at Austin, he graduated from law school at Southern Methodist University in 1996. He worked as General Counsel for a national rehabilitation employment company and oversaw their entire U.S. immigration and licensing operation.  After obtaining his law license in 1998, he tried his first high-profile murder case in 1999's Texas v. McFarland. Mr. Hayden has never accepted a court-appointment and maintains his practice as private-hire only. He has represented clients in State and Federal criminal matters in 25+ counties in Texas to Montana, Louisiana, New York, Kentucky, California, Oklahoma, Missouri, Arizona and beyond. Despite his successes, Steven Hayden still answers his phone when his clients call, he does all of his own work, and he stands ready to assist you in your hour of need.

Leslie Marcella Romero has been with the firm since only January 2023 and her unique enthusiasm and classy professionalism have already yielded excellent results for our clients! Leslie is fluent in Spanish and is the primary contact for the business aspects of the firm. She works tirelessly to deliver client-centered results.

Yolanda Gonzalez worked with Steven Hayden for over 20 years! She retired in late 2022 and still lends her expertise in investigation and her contacts in government agencies to the firm as needed.
